Real Estate

    • Generally filming will be between 1-2 hours.

    • Depending on the requirements or property size it could be less or more.

    • If the client has no preference then the best times for lighting would be either early morning or later in the afternoon to avoid harsh mid day sunlight, especially for exterior shots.

      But any time of day can be filmed if required.

    • Night and day shots combined can be a great way to showcase both sides of a property, adding more depth and feeling to the video.

      Generally for larger and more open spaced properties this works best.

    • R1800 / 2 Bedroom

    • R2500 / 3-4 Bedroom

    • R3500 / 5-6 Bedroom

    • Video length: Up to 120 seconds

    • Prices include a booked time of up to 2 hours. If additional booked time is required, a rate of R250 per 30min will apply.

    • From start to finish it will normally take 2-3 days.

    • Depending on certain factors, editing style, etc, it could be less or take slightly longer.

    • I work alone and with a minimalist setup, allowing me to move around and film without causing too much disturbance to your property, business or clients.

    • All videos are filmed in 4k 30fps, Landscape or Vertical orientation depending on your needs.

    • Final videos are exported to 1440p or 4k resolution at 29.97fps (.MP4 format in H.265 codec)

    • Price: R1200

    • Video Length: Up to 60 seconds.

    • Booked Time: 1-2 hours.

    • Price includes a booked time of up to 2 hours. If additional booked time is required, a rate of R250 per 30min will apply.

    • Price: R1500

    • Video Length: Up to 90 seconds.

    • Booked Time: 1-2 hours.

    • Price includes a booked time of up to 2 hours. If additional booked time is required, a rate of R250 per 30min will apply.

    • Price: R1800

    • Video Length: Up to 120 seconds.

    • Booked Time: 1-2 hours.

    • Price includes a booked time of up to 2 hours. If additional booked time is required, a rate of R250 per 30min will apply.

Location:

  • Prices listed above include traveling within George area.

  • For any location outside of George, addition traveling costs will be added at R4 per kilometre.

Aspect Ratio:

  • Videos are provided in either Horizontal or Vertical aspect ratio (preference of client).

  • Please Note: If you require the same video in multiple aspect ratios (eg: one filmed in Horizontal and another in Vertical), additional costs will apply, as each shot will have to be filmed twice in different camera configs and will require additional editing.

Payments:

  • A 50% deposit to be paid before starting, the remaining amount paid upon completion of video.
